Finquo Junior is an EdTech brand building financial literacy and life skills for children aged 8–18. We're hiring designers for our in-house team — brand, curriculum, campaigns and product. No client servicing.
Experience isn't a requirement. Freshers are welcome. What we're looking at is your work, how you think, and how clearly you communicate.
Role details
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on what you can do
Perinthalmanna / Calicut, with hybrid options depending on the work

Process
Round 1 — HR conversation
Round 2 — Design task on a real brief
Takes about 5 minutes. A portfolio link is required — Behance, Dribbble, Drive folder, Instagram or a PDF all work. If you don't hear from us within 7 days, you haven't been shortlisted this time.

Before you submit

The design task in Round 2 is unpaid, time-boxed, and used only to assess you. We won't use it in any live work.
The salary range is a range. Where you land in it depends on the task round and the conversation, not on years of experience.
Hybrid is decided per role and per project — not guaranteed by default.
