Senior Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a developer who can take a feature from requirement to production without needing three other people in the loop. You'll build the interface, design the API behind it, model the database, deploy it to AWS and then keep it running.
This is a hands-on role in a small team. The upside is ownership and range. The trade-off is that there's no one to hand the hard parts to, so we need someone who's comfortable debugging across the whole stack and making infrastructure decisions with reasonable judgement.
What you'll do
- Build and own full-stack web applications end to end
- Design and implement REST APIs and backend services
- Model, query and optimise databases
- Set up and manage AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Debug across the stack — frontend, backend, database and infrastructure
- Integrate third-party services: payments, authentication, messaging, analytics
- Work directly with the design and project teams on scoping and delivery
- Maintain and improve existing client and internal systems
What we're looking for (Required)
- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue or similar)
- Backend experience in [ Node.js / Python / PHP / Laravel — fill in your actual stack ]
- Solid SQL and database design skills; comfortable writing and optimising queries
- Practical AWS experience — EC2, S3, RDS and deployment. You should have shipped to production, not just followed a tutorial
- Git, branching workflow, and an understanding of CI/CD basics
- Ability to read a requirement, ask the right questions, and estimate your own work
Good to have
- TypeScript, Tailwind, Docker
- Experience building ERP, CRM or SaaS-style applications
- Exposure to mobile app development or React Native
- Basic understanding of application security and performance optimisation
What matters more than the checklist
We'd rather see a codebase you're proud of than a longer list of frameworks. If you've shipped something real and can walk us through the decisions you made, that counts.

- The CTC range is ₹4 – 5 LPA, decided based on your experience and how you perform in the technical evaluation.
